These terms are the agreement between you and HisaabKittab for using the app at app.hisaabkittab.com during our private beta. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

HisaabKittab is a personal finance tool that organises the statements and entries you provide. It is a beta: features may change, break or be removed, and access is by invitation.

2. Not financial advice

Insights, summaries and AI answers are for information only. They are not investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Please verify important figures against your original statements.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login details and devices secure, and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload statements you are entitled to use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload or reverse engineer it, no unlawful content, and no use of others' data without permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and liability

The beta is provided "as is", without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which during the beta is nothing.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time at privacy@hisaabkittab.com. We may end or change the beta with reasonable notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Contact: hello@hisaabkittab.com.
